I had an incredible experience at The Collective Clinic in Bridgeland! From the moment I walked in, the space felt welcoming, calming, and professional. Every staff member I encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive—truly a team that makes you feel cared for from start to finish.

I saw Thomas Chin for Botox, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel totally at ease, and delivered exceptional results. His attention to detail and gentle approach made all the difference—I’m beyond thrilled with the outcome.

I can’t recommend The Collective Clinic enough. Whether you’re new to aesthetic treatments or a regular, this clinic sets the bar high for quality care and a genuinely positive experience. Five stars all the way!

Bright and modern space. The deco is absolutely beautiful, very tasteful. Ideal location in bridgeland near downtown. Fantastic staff. Plenty of parking. I had the pleasure to get the therapeutic facial massage with Melissa which was delightful and effective. I also see Tracy and Thomas for injections and they are both very knowledgeable and talented. Namu | lash extension is great for a natural look yet sexy and elegant which is hard to find in Calgary. And last but not least Kirstyn for wonderful peels and facials.
The attention to details here is always beyond my expectations. They make you feel at ease as soon as you enter the space and I always leave with a smile. Highly recommend this clinic! My favorite in Calgary.

Not only is the clinic aesthetically beautiful and welcoming, I genuinely think it’s the best place in the city, and that’s coming from some who is super picky.

I had seen Thomas, and I wouldn’t have let anyone else touch my face as I have major trust issues. He’s such a master at his craft, he knows how to elevate your look without it becoming too much or too “fake”. He’s so informative and reassuring as well as attentive. The only person who knows how to do liquid rhinoplasty properly and safely!! I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Trust when I say, just go and see for yourself.

My skin felt clean, refreshed, and looked noticeably better right after. She explained what she was doing as she went, which I appreciated, and gave me practical tips without making it complicated.

A visit to the Collective Clinic is such a treat! There is an immediate sense of calm on entering the clinic. The team are wonderfully warm and welcoming, the surroundings beautiful and the treatments personalized and well explained. There is no pressure or judgment and I always feel confident that I’m in capable hands, and that everyone is working with me to best improve the way I look and feel. Thomas Chin is simply the best! As a physician myself I really appreciate his talent, experience and depth of knowledge. I leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired and uplifted.
