Yodet what a wonderful hairstylist. I showed her 2 pictures of What type of haircut I wanted. She went on to say all the benefits of Of each of these types of haircuts on me. Between the two of us of weighing out the pros and cons, we decided on one. So I said lets do it. She cut 8 inches off. I feel great. I think this style really suits me. I was really impressed with How this salon ran. People were coming and going, the employees were very attentive to everybody’s needs It was all hustle and bustle get the job done, and everybody had a smile on their face. All the employees were workingas team members. They all seemed to work together to get the job done. Impressed ! I’ll definitely be back.

I’d like to share my experience regarding a recent visit, and I hope it’s taken seriously.

I had booked an appointment for two people from 6:45 PM to 7:00 PM, but due to a slight delay on our part, we arrived exactly at 7:00 PM—just 15 minutes late. Instead of a short wait, our appointment was completely canceled and postponed to 7:45 PM. We accepted that, understanding it was partially our fault.

However, what followed was completely unacceptable.

At 7:45 PM, I was taken in for my haircut, but my friend was left waiting. He asked at the front desk two times, even though 2–3 staff members were visibly free, and yet no one showed up to take him. We waited another 45 minutes before the stylist who was working on me finally took my friend in at 8:30 PM.

By the time we both finished, it was almost 9 PM. We paid $80 to wait nearly two hours, and when I asked what happened, the only response I got was, “It was a mix-up, I’m so sorry.”

This is not just a mix-up—it’s a complete lack of respect for our time. While walk-ins were being served, we—with a pre-booked appointment—were made to wait endlessly with no communication, no priority, and no urgency.

I want to be clear: Anand was excellent—one of the best I’ve had in Canada, and this review is not against his skill. But the overall experience was extremely disappointing and disorganized. If this is how appointments are handled, how can customers rely on your service?

This needs to be addressed. Respecting your clients’ time is just as important as giving a good haircut.
