Izzy was not only skilled and professional, but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the entire appointment enjoyable and relaxing. I received a bleach-out and vivid hair colour with one of the students (Moca) and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Moca was very detail-oriented and did not rush any of the steps. My colour turned out so bright and my hair remained healthy! The studio is a very collaborative environment and the head instructor (Lily) is never far whenever the student stylists need a helping hand.

I just had my haircut done by Megan, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She’s not only incredibly skilled but also took the time to really listen to what I wanted. The cut turned out even better than I imagined—fresh, stylish, and perfectly suited to my face and hair type. Megan has a great eye for detail and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and delivers amazing results.

Amazing experience. Clean and organized Salon. I had Izzy as my hair colour stylist and I couldn’t be more happier with how my hair turned out! She brought my vision to life. I booked my mom a hair appointment at 2 PM since we’re leaving for vacation tomorrow. She arrived on time, checked in at the counter, and before she could even explain anything, the owner started yelling at her, claiming she was 45 minutes late and that her appointment was at 1 PM. She didn’t even bother confirming her name, just started shouting. My mom tried to explain, but the owner wouldn’t let her speak and kept going off.

The stylist my mom was booked with knew the appointment was at 2 PM and was so embarrassed by the owner’s behavior that she walked away. This entire situation was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. What makes it worse is that I’ve had an appointment with the owner before, where she talked about how immigrant parents often get treated unfairly and how we, as their kids, need to stand up for them. Yet, this is how she treats my mom? The hypocrisy is unbelievable.

She even asked, “Why didn’t you book the appointment yourself?” Why does that even matter? My mom wasn’t late, so where was all this unnecessary attitude coming from?

Even the stylist apologized for the owner’s embarrassing behavior, which says everything. This will be the last time my mom or I ever step foot in this salon. Unacceptable.
