My hair was dyed beautifully first time going and cut gorgeously second time. Staff are sweethearts and engage in conversation, while giving exactly what I ask for and making it even better. Love talking about my dog with them, especially Grace! :)

I asked for blonde highlights from Neeli, but instead, I was given ashy grey-like baby lights all over my head. The toner used was way too ashy, my hair looked grey. I tried to negotiate some form of compensation, but I did not see eye to eye with her. She also constantly left me on read when I was expressing my concerns. I had to double text her after like three days. Overall, my personal experience with Neeli was not good or professional.

I ask for a highlights and lighter hair. Its not the same as the picture that i asked . Theres no highlights. Instead i got a copper hair. I will not come back and do my hair with neeli again.

In June I got nano bead extensions installed by a girl named Tammy Preston (ig: bbold.bundles). She was trained by Rian who works out of this salon which is why I am leaving my review here as Tammy has no personal website to leave a review on. My experience with Tammy was awful and I am so disappointed in the service I received. I recently got my maintenance done by another girl and she basically told me that there had been significant cuticle breakage. This is due to Tammy's poor technique as she pulled cross hairs into the beads which in turn caused tension on my natural hair. Her sections were also incredibly uneven and there was not enough hair pulled into each bead which caused further damage. Therefore, when I got my maintenance done I had significant shedding and breakage to my natural hair which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. I reached out to Tammy directly before leaving this review to see if we could come to an agreement and she completely disregarded what I was saying and basically said she did nothing wrong and that the shedding was not her fault. I have had nanos for years now and have never had so much damage to my natural hair. She also told me I needed 4 bundles when in reality my hair could only handle 3 bundles. Therefore, at my maintenance we pulled out a full bundle which was a waste of money. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and if you care about the health of your hair I would avoid having your extensions installed by Tammy.
