I must say this place is best for any kind of hair, laser and Aesthetic services. I’m there permanent customer since 2016 it’s been almost 4 years and I’m getting amazing services, specially the laser lady RUBY GORAYA she is very humble and kind lady. She treats each and every customer like her own family member, never overcharged any customer, genuine prices. I wish I could give her 10 stars. I’m so happy and satisfied with my laser results. As I had very bad experience of my laser with previous saloon lady she almost ruined my face with her cheap laser machine just to get money by giving pathetic services. After that I got to know about RUBY and now my face is 99% better and I’m Almost done with my laser treatment. I even had hair cut from Ruby Goraya she did a mind blowing Job in that too. She is very professional know how to help their customers to make them happy and satisfied. Just love love love their services and saloon environment. I wish them more success and lots of love????

Had Dermaplaning treatment and facial. The best and most effective treatment I’ve ever received in a very professional way. I never liked getting facial as I would see no improvement on my face but by getting dermaplaning before facial, you would love to see a huge difference and glow on your face! I never experienced this kind of treatment in my life! It removed my dead skin, facial hair black & white heads. Loving the compliments!!

I went in last week to get my eyebrows done waxing included for $10 bucks. Let me start of by saying the lady that was working that day was about 40-45 years old with eyes glasses. She was very rude, no customer service skills, or respect for the customer at all. She would rather speak to her family in Punjabi than concentrate on the customer and the jobs she was doing. She did a really horrible job when it came to the eyebrow threading, and she didn't trim them properly. It is very apparent that the owner doesn't care to hire qualified trained staff. This is why every few months when you have someone good they decide to leave because of the way the place functions. The lady you have now, I am positive you know who she is working on Saturday, she needs to leave before she ruins your business. I will not be coming back to pay for poor quality service from untrained employees. Warning! to all the ladies out there, go elsewhere, if you want to keep yourself looking good.

Not worth the price I paid for. I was over charged by $150 dollars. I came to the salon thinking that I would get a reasonable price since I have used their services before covid. The total price for highlights, haircut and roots they charged me was $350 dollars. Not even a classy downtown Toronto Salon charges this much. This is like a mom and pop’s salon. Not classy at all. They change their prices to each customer. I will never go here again. Totally unprofessional and dishonest.
