I’ve been seeing Dr. Fares at Trans Canada Optimum Wellness for many years, and he’s helped me so much with ongoing neck and upper body issues from working at a desk. He’s really knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure I’m feeling better. The front desk staff are always warm and friendly, and the whole experience is just really positive. I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Received both Chiropractic and massage therapy here. Joyce is a fantastic massage therapist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ferrar on and off for many years. The front staff are friendly and TransCanada Centre location is great.

I have had chronic issues with persistent headaches, as well as a sore neck and shoulders the past few weeks (due to my new fitness regimes). I booked an appointment with Tammy for a deep tissue massage and I was instantaneously healed after the first treatment! Tammy is a true miracle worker and I highly recommend her to everyone.

I have had a great experience at Trans Canada Optimum, I would highly recommend this office. They are all very nice. I have a wonderful physio therapist and her assistant Hasti is very pleasant to deal with. The Receptionist is also a pleasant and helpful.

Been getting Massage, Ciro and Physiotherapy, literally went in broken and taking multiple pain meds. Barley need a Tylenol now.
Massage has been great, more of athletic massage, sore after, however few days later feeling great.
Physio has been great when pain first hit, some follow up on hard days, but dropped down in going now.
Ciro I do still once a week, I get knees, lower back and mid back. Went from 7-10 pain levels to now 0-2.
The orthopedist was awesome, I’ll be getting a couple more pairs of orthotics here.

Highly recommend.

Washrooms always clean. Parking can be tough close by, but massive lot to the north.
