Tina always does such a good job with my nails! She’s so detail oriented, and as someone who likes a super clean nail/cuticle she kills it every time. She’s also so sweet and easy to talk to, it’s a pleasure seeing her for my appointments ❤️

The best nail salon. This is my second time here and it is the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The place is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff is friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ve always come as a walk-in and they’ve always been able to accommodate me in a short time. Love this place and will be back again.

Price is outrageous. I got a short no design acrylic for 90$. Quality is okay. I am not happy with the price for such a simple nail. 90$ for only one colour is unreasonable. Service was excellent tho no hate to the staff at all, I just think your prices should be lower for such a simple set. In addition, some of my nails look like they are levitating and some look normal, the lady told me it’s because of my nail shape but I have done my own nails before and not has this issue. I will not be returning with these conditions.

I went to get my nails done in the afternoon and just wanted to inquire about the price for French tips and some designs. The total came up to over $100, which I understand. However, the quality of the nails is not what I expected. There's nail polish on my skin, and I specifically asked for French tips, but the sizes vary from finger to finger. I also requested a wavy gel top design, and I believe the picture will show what I mean. On top of that, the lady who did my nails seemed kind of rude. She didn’t offer me any drinks (they usually offer free drinks to all customers), and I felt uncomfortable asking her for anything else regarding my nails. They were also constantly talking in their own native language, which made me feel a bit unease because I don’t know what they’re talking about, even when I asked about prices they started talking in their own language. I’ve always come here for my nails and loved the results, and the cost used to be $75, including nail paint, but from this bad experience, I don’t think it’s worth it.

service unfortunately depends which nail tech you get! i came in a few weeks ago for a builder gel set. i believe anne or someone with a similar name worked on my nails, they turned out well!
first photo against dark tile background is the work a few weeks grown out. i was happy.

next appointment i came in and i believe harley worked on my nails, just wanted a basic manicure with the old work taken off and new polish + shape. the e-file went onto my skin multiple times and cut me, said ouch a bunch. not to mention the hand file left a huge cut on my pinky finger after she unfortunately filed way too deep into my free edge of my fingernail. when i said to stop filing because i could feel it cutting me she kept on going… had to say it again much louder and pull my hand away. i was quite disappointed with how much pain i was in throughout, despite the manicure turning out well. second photo fo used on the cut that i had to disinfect myself because it was not done at the salon. her coworkers were looking over and i hoped that one of them would cut in and help with backing me up… but unfortunately they didn’t.

conflicted on whether to go back.

— may 24 note, I sent an email a few days ago to address the dismissive and careless response to this review and have not gotten a response days later. will not be going back! should not have paid $65 to have to come home and disinfect my wounds myself.
