I'm very disappointed with the service. I took my daughter to get her hair braided, and when I took the braids down yesterday, I discovered that her hair had been cut without my permission. No one informed me or asked for my consent. As a parent, this is unacceptable. I trusted them with my child’s hair, and to make such a decision without even letting me know is very unprofessional. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to other parents.
