Charles was excellent! My upper neck felt great during and after the massage.

Edit: after going back several times I’m so relieved to have finally found my go-to massage therapist. Charlie is so thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. He always takes care to properly assess the area before starting treatment. He has also given me lots of preventative tips! The tension in my body is noticeably less with consistent appointments. Thanks Charlie!

I’ve tried many massage therapies over the years , and CHARLIE is by far the best . He has a gift for finding exactly where I’m holding stress and tension . Today session was customized to my needs, he always asked pressure and my comfort level. Machine he used also incredible . Cupping awesome. The results speak for themselves. I feel better, more relaxed after session. WORTH every PENNY . Thank you Charlie , very much appreciated. ???

I had several massage therapy appointments with Taku. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. His professionalism, intuitive touch, and calming presence made for one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He took the time to understand my specific needs and focused on areas where I was holding a lot of tension. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and pain-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic and rejuvenating experience!

Worst physio treatment I've ever received. Was left sitting there for 10 minutes after the TENS machine stopped (which is already an overpriced treatment that we could easily do at home). Then was told to do 'child's pose' and other simple stretches as my take-home treatment without any demonstration or review that I was doing it correctly. Saw the physiotherapist for about 6 minutes total for the 55 minutes I was there. I don't even think the pillow I was told to lie on was clean. Would not recommend.

Massage therapists are not very good either. I tested 3 out of the 4 and they were the worst massages. One felt like a like caress with no pressure. The other was a light pressure, in all the wrong muscle areas, even when I said they could up the pressure. Total waste of time.

The only positive thing I can say about the quality of this facility is the chiropractor. Dr. Robin is fantastic. She fixed a back issue that I'd been having for quite some time. Literally fixed it right then and there. Personable, understanding and competent.
