I don’t know why this place have lot of bad reviews but I was welcomed as I entered. Got pedicure, Lady spent an hour on me. Had a wonderful experience.

I’ve lived in Skyview for almost ten years and I’ve only been to this salon about 5 or 6 times and almost every single time I go in I’m super dissatisfied with my pedicure and French tip ( on my toes). Only one time was i satisfied and the lady who did my toes was a brown East Indian lady. Everyone else there either doesn’t care to do a good job due or they don’t know what they’re doing except for that brown lady.

Also if there’s an issue with your set the manager will give you attitude, and start raising her voice. You’re better off going literally anywhere, or doing your own pedicure. These photos were taken immediately after my appointment and I was charged $110.00

I wish i could give 0. Went there for dip they didn’t have it ended up getting powder on my own nails. First of all the lady was super rude and quiet. I told her to do oval shape all of my nails have different shape none of them are oval. She didn’t clean powder from inner nails they look super thick and whenever i try to close my palm inside they feel stretched out didn’t even clean extra nail polish been there before so i know they give hot towel and complimentary hand massage at the end she never gave me one she left all my cuticles oily and lotion on my hands I started doing my own massage in front of her still no shame to her to offer one. Honestly they are the worst and she charged me 52 dollars for all this mess. Never going back. And i asked for manicure with dip nothing was like manicure. In the evening after few hours I noticed there were bubbles in nail polish my 2 middle fingers and thumb nail was paining so badly. Whenever I was trying to use my hands or trying to scratch something they were hurting so bad.

Not a good customer service at all, also they are very rude to the clients and ignore your choice. Moreover they took 2 hrs to complete one nail set. And also they did nails, one artist was asking 80 dollars while other came and did the same set in 70 dollars. There pricing changes according to the person. Be aware of these things

Been to this place twice. Today is asked for Manicure and Pedicure, Pedicure was nice scrubbed massaged and did my Nails. but for Manicure she just put a hot towel over my hands and tapped over it. And I was told that’s what they do in Manicure.putting a hot towel and tapping it I had to pay $20- no cream on hands , no massage no scrub nothing! Waste of my $20! I didn’t tip, paid in cash and walked away! Will not be visiting here again! Phone Number ends with 39 for your records EDIT: I paid you $80 in cash and you didn’t give me a receipt too! Charged $80 for a PEDICURE and Manicure with shellac for both , and didn’t provide Manicure! I was just there today at 4:30 pm! You are cheating your clients !
