Went as a walk in for a full acrylic set with color french tips for my wedding and the nail tech was amazing! Everyone was complimenting them the whole day/night. I will most definitely be coming back.

I got gel nails done at icon nails and I absolutely love the results, it was exactly what I was looking for. The service there was very welcoming and friendly, I was greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly. It was a warm experience, I highly recommend this nail salon.

The lady who did my nails is nice and did a pretty good job overall on painting my nails for the most part.

The veriety of nail polish was stunning including how quick i got in with a drop in appontment right away; since i got these nails done on a monday.

That and the prices are in a good range aka more affordable than some other salons.

However I'll be giving 3 stars for a couple of reasons.

1)Had bleeding on my left pointing finger

2)some parts of my nail on the sides aren't fully painted

3)have/had a good amount of product and gel nail polish all over my back and front hand and figures here and there; and as well allover some of my nails, specifically underneath my right thumb nail and etc

4) and even after asking for the remaining extra product that's on my skin to be cleaned; not all of it was.

Again overall the nails she painted are beautiful and stunning however I just wished my left pointing finger didn't end up bleeding & for no product on my skin for the final result.

I’ve been going here with my sister for 1.5 years but I’m very disappointed with the last two times. We have been going to icon nails every month. They’ve new hires who’re very rude and don’t listen to what you’re saying or what you want. The nail tech who did my nails did my nails once last time when again she was rude. But yesterday when I got them done she acted like she knew what she was doing but ended up ruining my nails. The design was not clean and proper. I’ve got designs done from icon before and I’ve always loved it but this time around it was not it. They keep talking to each other while they’re doing our nails. When my sister and I were talking my nail tech had a problem and said “you’ve to ask her everything?” Both the times when she did my nails she was rude the whole time and towards the end she acts all sweet. We were so happy with the place and thought everyone was sweet but these past 2-3 months we’ve visited has been horrible. I’m genuinely disappointed with the service and we won’t be going to them anymore.
