I have been going to see Amanda and Shelby at Icon downtown for years. They are the dream team for hair and make up! They have done my hair and make up for my best friends wedding, my engagement photos, engagement party and my wedding! I always see Amanda for my haircuts. She is an incredible stylist and always makes me feel so comfortable in her chair. She is professional, genuine, knowledgeable, skilled in her craft and very friendly. My only critique of my multiple experiences at Icon downtown is the location of the salon feels quite unsafe and Amanda’s chair being so visible to the outside people in the mall is a little unnerving as there are often patrons of the mall who wave, stare etc. during my apt, which I do feel affects how enjoyable the overall experience is. All in all, I highly recommend Amanda and Shelby and will continue to use their services for my regular hair maintenance as well as any major events as they always make me look and feel my best.

I had a wonderful experience with Amanda! She was incredibly kind and friendly from the moment I walked in. I absolutely loved my new haircut. She really listened to what I wanted and understood perfectly the style I was going for. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the whole experience so enjoyable. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a great stylist.

Wow, never again will I go to another salon or see another hairstylist!! Brooke W. truly is an expert. She took such care with my hair and got it from a medium brown to a light blonde in one appointment, a true miracle worker. She was so professional and kind, and I was treated with attentiveness and care by the whole team at Icon (such a beautiful salon too, well-kept and modern, clean and with a great and uplifting atmosphere). I loved how Brooke took the time my hair needed and didn't rush, made sure to check in with me at various points in the process to ensure I was satisfied. Would recommend Brooke as a hairstylist to anyone. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work, and it absolutely shows!! Couldn't be happier with these results.

I've been going to Icon for over 8 years now and I'll never leave. Dean is my hairdresser and I adore him and will shout his talent to the rooftops. He's absolute magic with my hair and will do the same for yours. I've never been disappointed even once after leaving his capable hands. The spa is incredible and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful.
Make an appointment for any service and you'll walk away having had a great experience with incredibly talented people.

Amanda.G. at the downtown Edmonton location is amazing! I’ve been going to her and only her for the past 4 years, and I don’t think I’d go to anyone else ever again. I look forward to every appointment, and the end results are always exactly what I’m hoping for. Conversations are great, personality makes my day brighter, and I love how I look more every time. My confidence boosts. Highly recommend this business, not only is Amanda great, but so are her coworkers. Plus the look of this location is incredible, and it’s nice and clean! The updos are also perfect for wedding season, which I’ll have her for as well?
