My favourite place to go. They are friendly and usually able to accommodate walk ins which I appreciate due to my busy schedule. The last couple of times I’ve been, Cecilia has been my nail technician and has done a wonderful job. She pays great attention to detail and yet is still efficient. She understands the shape & style of nail I am going for which is a classic French tip, and executes it perfectly. Thank you for the great service!

I went here today as a friend recommended the place. I got a shellac manicure. The lady who did it was nice, but honestly I am not happy with how it looks. It's very patchy, there are air bubbles and there is polish on my cuticles. I felt so bad to say something

Today, I went for a pedicure, and I was excited to get it done. Whenever I visit, the staff is usually very welcoming, and the service is always great. However, today’s experience was quite disappointing.

The nail technician, Cecilia, was rude throughout my service. Typically, the technician greets me, and I take a seat at my station. But today, Cecilia called me to sit at the pedistation while she filled the tub with water. During this, she left to take payment from another client. My tub wasn’t full enough and the temperature was quite hot.

I couldn’t put my feet in the water because of the temperature. While I waited, the other technicians were cleaning their stations. I had to wait for someone to adjust the temperature of water and continue filling up the tub. Another employee called their colleague to fill my tub up. However, this other colleague was already cleaning up another pedicure station after completing her service. Without washing her hands, the other colleague came to my tub and put her hands in the existing water at my station. I was shocked and uncomfortable, as it felt very unprofessional. I politely asked her not to put her hands in the water, as it could cause cross-contamination. This lady and her colleague exchanged looks and made faces, which made me feel even more uneasy.

When Cecilia finally began my pedicure, she continued to be unprofessional. While buffing my toenails, she was distracted, looking out the window instead of focusing on my nails. To make matters worse, she buffed my skin instead of just the nails, which was painful.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I feel like I wasted both my time and money today. Very disappointed.

Took an hour and 20 min before polish was even on. She shape was so horrible (supposed to be almond) I stopped her and needed to leave as I didn’t have two hours for a fill. Save your money. This place is horrible.
