I got a personal trainer to help me get motivated to train for overall health and well-being. Rogan has most definitely helped me with that. I've had a personal trainer at a commercial gym before and it was not a good experience, it lasted 2 sessions… and because of that and not being in good shape I was super nervous starting but I knew it was something I had to do for myself. However, I was so relieved when I started with Rogan. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He listens to you and understands your goals and pushes you to meet them. His attitude and passion are unmatched and the reason why I look forward to my sessions. Rogan truly goes above and beyond and I see that with all his clients. He constructs individualized routines that works with one's goals and physical ability. I've been with Rogan for about three months and the progress I've made because of him is something that I am very happy with. I feel stronger, healthier, and happier. I can't wait to see where my fitness journey will go, all thanks to Rogan! If you’re at all thinking about getting a coach/ trainer, reach out to Rogan and I promise you won’t regret it!

Rogan gives his clients all the tools they needed to succeed. He is knowledgeable, timely for his online clients and works with you to develop a plan to meet your needs.

I would recommend this service to someone at any level of fitness. For those trying to get in shape he can provide you with clear instruction for both physical activity and nutrition; for those trying to reach the next level in a strength sport he provides top notch programming, quality feedback on form and provide motivation and support to get through some truly gruelling workouts.

Rogan is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

Rogan's knowledge and understanding of fitness is impressive to say the least. His ability to adapt to your training goals and needs has allowed me to progress into movements that I personally thought I would never do again. Regardless if you are an ex-athlete wanting to get back to form or if you are wanting to improve areas of your general fitness, Rogan is the guy to do it!
