The staff at great hair day always make me feel so special! Everyone knows me by name as I have been coming here for years. I love how the staff all work together as a team asking advice from each other to give the best experience possible! Delia is so amazing with my hair and I always leave feeling confident and beautiful. My eye brows are always waxed to perfection. It’s always a great hair day when I leave the salon!

I walked into the salon with an appointment from a recommendation of a previous staff member and it’s just solidified my fear of hairstylists. I showed the woman doing my hair a several pictures of the bangs I wanted, specified I wanted a trim and to keep some of the layers I already had in my hair. She immediately cut large chunky layers into the underneath of my hair, then pulled all the upper half of my hair to the top of my head and razored it short bob length from my , below the shoulder length, hair. By the time she had made the first cut it was too late to stop it as she was fast and aggressive with the razor. Then she had the audacity to tell me she should have cut my hair wet as if the pile of my hair I asked her to keep didn’t lie on the floor next to me. The bangs and “face framing” pieces I asked for are uneven and no where to be found but aligning with the “jellyfish” cut I know am forced to grow out. Absolutely nothing like I originally asked and now missing a large amount of hair density at the bottom where the “bob” cuts off with chunks. Would not recommend unless your looking for a quick trim because it seems like my hairstylist did not taking anything I said into account. I’m only giving two stars because she was nice to talk to in the beginning before I witnessed a massacre of the hair I spent so long growing out. I have been crying for hours now because there’s truly nothing I can do to get my hair back.
