My review is for Richard K., the spin, hiit and everything instructor. He is an amazing kind hearted person and I was honoured to become apart of his gym family. I will miss him and the crew when I move. He is so welcoming and makes you instantly apart of this community he built. I used to stay in the back shyly and quietly. He would make sure to interact with each and every person by name so eventually I made my way to the front. He challenges your fitness and finds ways to make it engaging and fun. Not only is he inclusive with his music selection in every class, but he holds themed spin nights and embraces the multicultural community he teaches inside and outside the gym. His energy (and his wife's) are nothing short of amazing. They will have you smiling on even your worst days. He actually cares about what he does and getting you to that next level. I would recommend him to every and any one who wants to level up their fitness. I will be sad to go, but someone else can now enjoy that number one spot (lol).

I had a great experience getting started at the gym thanks to Zachary. He was incredibly friendly, informative, and made the whole process feel really comfortable. I appreciated how approachable he was—he answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. It’s clear he genuinely wants people to feel confident and supported as they get started. If you're new to the gym or just need a solid intro, I definitely recommend connecting with him!

Zach explained the various membership options and their benefits to me. He gave me a detailed tour of the gym and introduced me to Harleen, who will be my trainer. He also asked about my future fitness goals. I mentioned that I don’t have a fixed work schedule, and he was very accommodating in arranging a trainer accordingly. He was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable, especially since it was my first time at the gym.
