Naomi is the nicest person ever. She did a great job on my nails as well as my daughter’s. Thankful she was able to come to my house so I didn’t have to find childcare.

My first pedicure with Naomi was excellent. Services were great and Naomi was very friendly and accommodating to my fragrance allergy. Booked a second pedicure with positive text interactions. Naomi didn’t show up to our appointment, didn’t contact me to cancel or reschedule, and she didn’t respond to the 2 texts I sent to see where she was. I booked 2 more pedicure appointments for the following week and both went unanswered. Basically, I got ghosted by Naomi. I hope everything is okay with her. Not the greatest way to run a business.
I’m now stuck with gel polish on my toenails and don’t know how to remove it.
