Wow! This place is huge! I’m from Edmonton and typically shop at the Edmonton Flex Nails locations but this one absolutely puts the Edmonton locations to shame. It’s incredibly well stocked and well spaced out. I was able to buy things at this location that have been out of stock for months at the Edmonton locations which I was absolutely thrilled about! The prices on just about everything was very clear so I didn’t have to ask all the time about prices on things. The lighting in the building and on the shelves is great too! The employees were also very nice, actually made sure I was helped and let me know the best sales going on! Please open up a Flex Nails like this in Edmonton!

It's not clear why some people give bad feedback about their service. However, I am one of the customers who have been with this shop since 3.5 years before it opened. The working style and attitude from the manager to the staff are all very friendly and open. They are very enthusiastic to help and are ready to help you carry heavy items to your car even though they are all women. All their policies include no return or refund if you buy products like shellac, polish and all hygiene related items. You will have them test all equipment and machines before buying and clearly explain the terms of the warranty as well as non-refundable in some cases.
Just wanna say good jobs girls ? I appreciate everything you all did and always want to support your store ?

Warning: Unethical Business Practices and Legal Action Ahead

I purchased nearly $4,000 worth of products from Flex Beauty Supply, yet I only received a partial refund of $496. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, I have been left with an unresolved refund of over $3,400. Their policies were unclear from the start, and my concerns were met with evasiveness.

Because of their lack of transparency and fairness, I have no choice but to take further action. I will sue them and take them to court if this issue is not promptly resolved. I urge anyone considering a purchase here to review all terms carefully and proceed with caution. My experience is a clear warning about the potential risks involved.

This is a disgusting scam that should be shut down. They peddle overpriced, fake garbage expired products and knockoffs that don’t even work. The staff are slimy liars who’ll rob you blind with fake smiles, and their no-return policy is a sick joke to keep your cash. That 4.1 rating is a lie, probably bought to trick more victims. Stay far away from this filthy rip-off unless you want to waste your money and sanity.

Today while shopping i needed to use the washroom and asked the sales staff if I could use the washroom . One lady told me it was broken, the other said it was the bosses washroom and clients are not permitted to use it . I then called the boss and asked him if I could use the washroom as it was an emergency. He said the rule is no washroom access for clients as clients do not know how to use a washroom..... Tony was his name , I told him this is canada and he cannot discriminate when a person has to use the washroom . He and his staff were extremely rude as if I asked to take his washroom away with me.

The worst experience i have encountered and will never spend my money their again . They also favour people of their ethnicity and are extremely rude and ignore the rest !!
