Incredible studio! I was very new to yoga and Johan has been an amazing instructor. It's a beautiful studio with great people, and the yoga is phenomenal for athletes, recovery, and anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health. The physical benefits are great, but the mental benefits are even better!

EASE Yoga is one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to. The space is welcoming and super clean. The instructors are fantastic. I've really enjoyed the early morning classes, it's a great way to start the day. Highly recommend.

I would love to thank Johan and the other yoga instructor’s for making the yoga space welcoming and challenging at the same time. I feel growth and more self aware as I continue on my practice. I highly recommend this gym. All levels of yoga is welcomed and they provide help to ensure you get the most out of your practice.
