This was my second visit. I loved my first haircut here, but this time felt completely different—cheap and rushed. As soon as I stepped into the shop, Sam barely gave us any time to decide on a hairstyle. It felt like he just wanted me to sit down so he could do whatever he thought was best.

When he started cutting, I explained what I liked and what I didn’t, but he was so convinced that my preferences weren’t good. There was no customer service or proper communication. It almost felt like he was making sure I didn’t have a good experience. Meanwhile, my friend’s barber—at the same shop, at the same time—was the complete opposite. He was open to feedback and made sure to get everything right.

Worst service that I have received so far. It happened while I was waiting to get a haircut, the guy was just blatantly rude when it was my turn. I had already waited a solid 45 mins, I would have waited longer I didn’t mind that it was just their service while it was time for my seating. I used to come here, planning to never return.
