saw the ad, i thought i will give it a try, first assessment, was i guess okay,. Not impress with the place, i was hoping there’s a private room and not curtains, but i let it slide,. I did another assessment and this time, the receptionist told me that there was a problem with insurance, and I needed to pay 74$. She explained an error, so i paid out of my pocket because she was adamant i have to pay and not wait for my insurance as it did say an error. The claimed actually went through and there was no problem,. They called me the following day, they took my email for an etransfer, but until this moment, I am still awaiting the refund..They are too quick to charge costumers but too slow for a refund.! There was a telus network error as per the receptionist but did not even give an option of either: do you want to pay out of your own pocket or would you like us to call you tomorrow? I get that you’re running a business but what was the point of “direct billing” ? They wanted me to book an appointment as “we fully booked so easily” but with this type of experience, I am not recommending this place to my friends or family. For a first time customer like me, I am not impress at all.!
