Made an appointment, sat for 20 min after being in time. Walked out. Awful service.

Reply; I was there early by 5 minutes as you should be and you took walk in clients knowing you had an appointment. You said have a seat with no eta as you had not even started the client you took infront of me. No excuses. Stop wasting peoples time.
