It was my first massage session with Sophie and she was very good. She asked if the pressure was too light or too heavy. Also, she kept asking me if I was feeling good during the session. She did a good job especially for the pain I had in my neck and shoulders.

Had an amazing experience at Adept A&T Massage Clinic with Caleb! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and Caleb was incredibly professional and attentive. They really took the time to understand what I needed and worked out all the tension I didn’t even realize I had. Hands down, one of the best massages I’ve ever had!

The clinic itself is super clean and has a really calming vibe, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a great massage in Winnipeg, I can’t recommend Caleb enough. I’ll definitely be back!
